Greek Yogurt Mousse

  • 1 Scoop iSatori Vanilla 100% BIO-ACTIVE WHEY
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • .3 oz. package sugar free Jell-O (pick your flavor)


  1. Blend all three ingredients until evenly mixed.
  2. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  3. Add toppings of nuts or fruit. Enjoy!
